“Rachel learnt to swim as a pre-schooler at the Rainbow Club in Cronulla. Ron Siddons was her first swimming teacher. I knew she was in good hands.
But now at 25 years old it had been many years since she was involved with the club and as her mum I had been searching for a long time for an opportunity for Rachel to have water based activity that would be fun for her whilst also developing her confidence and giving her the therapeutic benefits of movement and exercise in the water.
