There was plenty to celebrate on Saturday night as Batemans Bay Rainbow Club was recognised for its commitment to creating inclusive opportunities for children and young people with a disability and their families.
Programs & Quality Manager Michelle Houghton and dedicated local teachers, Jess Armour and Matt Barger, were delighted to attend the awards ceremony, celebrating alongside local businesses, community organisations and leaders from across the Eurobodalla region.

For many local families, Batemans Bay Rainbow Club provides more than swimming lessons. It offers a place where children can build friendships, achieve personal goals and feel a genuine sense of belonging while learning essential water safety skills.
The evening was also an opportunity to connect with the wider community and celebrate the people and organisations helping make the Eurobodalla such a vibrant and inclusive place to live.

Since the award announcement, the club has generated strong interest across the local community and media, helping raise awareness of Rainbow Club and the opportunities available for local families.
