We’re pleased to welcome Kyle Roeger, Sydney Metro Regional Manager, and Jae Marr, Queensland Regional Manager to the Rainbow Club Australia team.
Our Regional Managers work closely with clubs and teachers across their regions, supporting our programs and helping more young people with a disability access Rainbow Club.
Both Kyle and Jae bring extensive experience in swimming and the aquatic industry, along with a shared passion for the opportunities swimming can provide.
Meet Kyle
Kyle joins Rainbow Club with extensive experience in the mainstream swimming industry and hands-on experience supporting people with a disability in aquatic programs.
Throughout his career, he has seen firsthand the positive impact swimming can have on confidence, independence and overall wellbeing.
When the swim centre Kyle previously worked at closed, he began looking for an opportunity where he could continue making a difference in the disability space. Having already seen the work Rainbow Club was doing to provide accessible swimming opportunities, he was immediately drawn to the organisation.
“Joining Rainbow Club felt like a natural fit. I was excited by the opportunity to bring my experience from the mainstream swimming industry, along with my practical, hands-on experience working with people with disabilities, to an organisation that has such a meaningful impact on families and communities.”
As Sydney Metro Regional Manager, Kyle will work closely with clubs and teachers across the region and is looking forward to getting to know the members and families who make up the Rainbow Club community.
“I look forward to contributing to Rainbow Club’s continued growth and helping more members develop water safety skills, confidence and a love of swimming.”
Welcome to Rainbow Club, Kyle!
Meet Jae
Jae brings a lifetime of experience in swimming and the aquatic industry to his new role, as well as the perspective of being a father of two and grandfather of one.
For Jae, swimming has always been about much more than what happens in the pool. He believes the skills, experiences and enjoyment that can come through swimming are something young people can carry with them throughout their lives.
That was one of the things that particularly attracted him to Rainbow Club.
“I have always believed that swimming is a gift for life, and what particularly attracted me to Rainbow Club is the incredible opportunity it provides to give that gift to so many young people.”
Jae is looking forward to using his experience to support Rainbow Clubs across Queensland and the teachers, members and families within them.
“For me, being part of an organisation that makes such a meaningful difference is both rewarding and fulfilling. I hope to bring my experience, passion and knowledge to Rainbow Club and make a positive contribution to the organisation, its members and the families it supports.”
Welcome to Rainbow Club, Jae!
Supporting our clubs and communities
Kyle and Jae join our Regional Manager team as Rainbow Club continues to strengthen and grow its network of clubs across NSW, Queensland, Victoria and the ACT.
Our Regional Managers provide an important connection between Rainbow Club and our local clubs, working alongside teachers and communities to support quality programs and create more opportunities for young people with a disability to participate in swimming.
We’re delighted to have Kyle and Jae on board and look forward to seeing the contribution they make across Sydney Metro and Queensland.
