Register Your Interest to Participate in the Active Moves Program

The step by step process for Active Moves Expression of Interest:

1. EOI form submitted.
2. You will receive an email confirmation that your form has been submitted.
3. Active Moves will contact you to discuss the program and find out more about you and your personal goals, discuss fees and timings.
4. Once you have accepted a spot in the program, you will receive a welcome letter with details of what to expect and how to make a payment.
5. When payment has been received, you will be advised of your scheduled session times and assessment with our Exercise Physiologist.
