Active Moves fees
Active Moves is a program designed and run by Rainbow Club Australia which is a not for profit and organisation and a registered Australian charity.
Rainbow Club Australia policy is that no child or young adult with a disability will be deprived of a Rainbow Club experience due to family financial hardship. Active Moves Participants
per program term- Individualised fitness classes
- Dedicated qualified teachers deliver each class
- 9 weeks per term
- 45 minute weekly class
- Registered NDIS Provider
- Active Kids vouchers accepted
- Social and community participation
Active Moves Joining Fee
- Covers the design of a personalised exercise program by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to meet individual goals
- Covers training for teachers to deliver the personalised program
- *Effective from January 2023

NDIS and Active Moves
Active Moves sessions run for 45mins over a 9-week period.
Families who wish to use NDIS funding for Active Moves complete a Service Agreement at the beginning of each term. Rainbow Club is registered by NDIS to provide services under the following categories:
- Participate Community
- Group/Centre Activities
- Improved Health and Wellbeing
- Improved Daily Living Skills

Active Kids
Rainbow Club is a registered activity provider for the Active Kids program which is a NSW Government initiative which provides vouchers to use towards sport and active recreation costs each year. To apply for an Active Kids voucher See Service NSW
You may use the Active Kids voucher towards payment of program fees. You will need to supply Rainbow Club with the voucher details on your payment form or Active Moves Service Agreement form. An email with an adjusted invoice amount will be issued to you thereafter.
Service Agreements
If you intend to use NDIS funding to pay for program fees, you must complete the Service Agreement accessed through the link in your Welcome Letter or Term Fee notice.
A Service Agreement must be completed regardless of whether your plan is being self-managed, NDIA managed, or managed by a Plan Manager, and must be submitted by the set due date to ensure you are included on the schedule for the term.
