Meet Mohamed

The swimming instructors are caring, respectful and devote the entire lesson to the participant, for maximum benefit. Mohamed thoroughly enjoys his Sunday sessions and he particularly loves the ‘aqua aerobics’ session.

Cristian had been swimming with Rainbow club for many years and when he turned 18 was looking for a program that would provide him with a fitness activity in the water that satisfied his love for swimming but in an age-appropriate environment.
