Seth started at Sutherland Rainbow Club 4 years ago when he was 7. Rainbow Club was able to harness his love for the water into lessons that have made him confident and safe in the water. IHe has progressed through to swim in the Senior Boys Freestyle Multi Class event at the Zone, Regional and the upcoming NSW State Carnivals.

Zane and Myles return to swimming at Cherrybrook Rainbow Club after months away due to COVID-19.

Meet Joshua from our Warringah Rainbow Club. He has been swimming there since 2016.

Samuel Cheah has been swimming at Villawood Rainbow Club since March 2019. Samuel’s dad Douglas wanted to help his son settle back into swimming so he asked the teachers for advice. As a result, he edited Rainbow Club’s Return from COVID Social Story to customise it for his son.

Kylan was a member at our Orange Rainbow Club from 2016 and only just recently has finished his time with Rainbow Club.  His parents were so thrilled with all he has learned at Rainbow Club that they wanted to thank everyone. 

Ethan and Isaac are enjoying their first lesson at Narellan Rainbow Club and loving every minute, not wanting to get out of the pool at the end of their lesson. 

Meet Ahmed. Ahmed has Down syndrome. At 14 months he tries mainstream swimming lessons with little success. When Ahmed joins Rainbow Club his family delights in his progress.

Riley loves splashing about in the water but doesn’t understand danger. His mum Larissa explains, “Riley is on the autism spectrum and has no fear of anything, including the water.”

Gavin and James both have autism and have attended Rainbow Club for several years.
