The regular teacher should give tips if any demonstrations or holds or equipment choice could be better. Student/lesson1 – 4 – TTT should take the lesson with regular teacher stepping in as needed to make sure member still receives acceptable lessonStudent/lesson 5 – TTT should take the lesson from start to finish with no interference from regular teacher (Lead should observe TTT at this point as well, if possible) and feedback on lesson/teaching should be given to the TTT at the completion of the lessonStudent/lesson 6 – As above*For shifts longer than 3 hours, continue lessons as above.
