As a Rainbow Club Lead Teacher you have a unique opportunity to really make a difference in the lives of children with a disability.

In addition to helping children with a disability learn to swim, a Lead Teacher plays a pivotal role at each Club by ensuring the Club operates smoothly. Rainbow Club offers our Lead Teachers a package of benefits to reward them for their commitment and dedication. We also support our teachers with online resources and inpool equipment.

Position requirements:

  • Only applicants who have the basic teaching swimming qualification from AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia, Royal Life Saving NSW or Royal Life Saving Victoria will be considered.
  • In NSW A Working With Children (WWC) number and National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC) is essential.
