Rainbow Squads Rock!

Each Squad Hub is slightly different but all focus on Fun, Friends and Fitness.

Participants enjoy a one hour session led by a qualified Competitive Strokes teacher in a 20-25 metre pool.

Squad sessions are age appropriate and for members of similar ability.

Some participants focus on Personal Bests, some like competition and some like to improve their endurance and strength.

Rainbow Squads have a social element every term and introduce participants to events in their local community.

  • Hurstville Saturday 12.30 – 4.30pm
  • Lane Cove Saturday 2.30 – 3.30pm
  • Lane Cove West Sunday 3 – 4pm
  • Maroubra Sunday 12.15 – 2.15pm
  • Mt Annan Sunday 1.00 – 5.30pm
