NDIS Information
NDIS and Rainbow Club
Rainbow Club is a registered NDIS provider and we provide a membership for the duration of a school term (9 weekly half hour lessons). See Term Dates
Families who wish to use NDIS funding will be asked to complete a Service Agreement at the beginning of each term. Rainbow Club is registered by NDIS to provide services under the following categories:
- Development Life Skills
- Early Childhood Supports
- Participate Community

Service Agreements
If you intend to use your child’s NDIS funding to pay for term fees, you must complete the Service Agreement accessed through the link in your Term Fee notice.
A Service Agreement must be completed regardless of whether your child’s plan is being self-managed, NDIA managed, or managed by a Plan Manager, and must be submitted by the set due date to ensure your child is included on the schedule for the term.

Category: Core Supports
Support Budget: Community, social and recreational activities
Support Item Name: Community, social and recreational activities

Category: Capacity Building
Support Budget: Community participation activities
Support Item Name: Participation in community based activities that build skills and independence
