Rainbow Club Emergency Evacuation Training
This Emergency Evacuation Training Log is intended to track the attendance and performance of individuals who have undergone emergency evacuation training within Rainbow Club. The training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively in emergency evacuation scenarios to their Rainbow Club Location.
This log sheet serves as a comprehensive record of emergency evacuation training sessions and participant engagement. Regularly updating this log ensures that all relevant personnel are trained and proficient in the Emergency and Disaster Management Policy and are also aware of their Clubs emergency assembly point (map provided). Emergency evacuation training must be conducted twice yearly (Term 1 and term 3).
