Train to Teach – Key Details
🌊 Get Paid While You Train!
- Earn a Level 1 pay rate during training (up to 18 hours / 6 shifts paid).
- 50% course fee reimbursement after qualification & teaching with Rainbow Club.
📚 Training Requirements
- Complete a 1–2 day Swim Teacher Course with an accredited RTO.
- 25 hours of practical training (up to 18 paid with Rainbow Club, ~10 unpaid in a mainstream swim school).
- Workplace assessment before obtaining your Swim Teacher Licence.
