  • Emergency procedures of the facility and Rainbow Club (Emergency and Disaster Management and Incident Management)
  • If no lifeguard, introduction to the first aid officer and first aid kit location
  • Emergency evacuation map and assembly point
  • Child Safe Policy

Questionnaire will be sent to new teacher by email at end of term, response expected within 7 days.

New teacher Teams call will be offered twice termly with Swim the Rainbow Program Managers.

Introduce the new teacher to their teacher buddy.

The buddy you as the Lead Teacher assign to the new teacher should be an experienced, friendly teacher who is knowledgeable in the Swim the Rainbow Program.

The new teacher should teach alongside their buddy teacher with their own children for the first 3-4 weeks.
