Employment Hero – confirm the roster correctly reflects who is working that shift
Check club Gmail for any important emails
Check Daily View in First Class for new members requiring induction
Confirm that the DM has notified parents of any teacher changes for the day
Induct any new teacher at the club
Provide handover to any covering teacher (student info, needs, tips)
Identify any students that need to be assessed
Help newly assigned teacher log into First Class on their phone so they can see their assigned students
Remind teachers to clock in for their shift

Are there any new risks at the club that need to be reported
