Congratulations to Craig Tobin, our Southeast QLD Regional Development Manager, for receiving an Australian Sports Award last week. Craig was presented this outstanding award by the Queensland Governor at Government House.
He was recognised for his volunteer work with disability Australian Swim Teams over the past 10 years.
In addition to the amazing work Craig is doing at Rainbow Club in Queensland growing and opening clubs, he is the Head Coach of the Australian Special Olympics Team and about to go to Germany for the World Championships!
“I have been involved with the development of hundreds of athletes with Disabilities in Swimming, giving them the lifelong skills of Swimming, safety, mate-ship and positive experiences. I am all the better as a result.”
