Batemans Bay Rainbow Club will meet at Bay Pavilions on Sundays between 9am-12 noon starting on Sunday, 24 July and will operate throughout the school term. Registrations are now open and invited on the Rainbow Club Website.

Each year, Penrith Rainbow Club participates in the Penrith Panther’s “Tree of Hope”. This year, they chose to decorate their tree as a rainbow with a pot of gold and a giant star on top to represent how special their swimmers are and how hard they work each week.

During the past month I have been in preparation for the Olympic/Paralympic trials in mid-June. These are the selection events for the games taking place later in the year. Even though there is so much uncertainty and media reports surrounding the games, as an athlete it is all about focusing on what we can control, that is turning up to training every day and doing what we love.
